Seems like a nice place for dessert and coffee. The cappuccino was made well with good foam, and the carrot cake was fine. Espresso was more bitter than nutty which is what I prefer. Service was good. And ambiance was simple and clean with outdoor seating.

We were in desperate need of a coffee while shopping in Stanford Center. It was late afternoon and we lost our energy. Since Starbuck closed I didn't know where to go to grab a quick coffee. I swear we wandered around the mall 2-3 times. We asked a security guard and he mentioned there was a Starbucks inside macys but my friend didn't to buy from them. We wandered past La Baguette 2-3 times and the line was so long. It's a great place to pick up bread and desserts but I forgot it had coffee. It had been a long while since I've been here. The sandwiches were always great but this time I ordered the lemon olive oil cake. That was yummy. Fortunately they had coffee so we were able to satisfy all four people that day. It's always been a cute place and the service is fast. However, I lose interest when the line is so long.....but I'm glad I went there that day.

Pastries are very good here. Not a lot of tables to sit on outside so if it's a busy day, take your order for take out. The service is so-so. The ladies behind the counter weren't too pleasant and talking about the days they will call in sick and laughing while customers were inside. Inside looks like your typical bakery with lots of yummy choices.

This is a tiny little shop that's just big enough for a small handful of customers. Service could have been better, with long lines it seems there isn't a need to work at a quicker pace but maybe that is part of the experience. 5 stars for the jalapeño bread! It looks like a giant bagel but sort of stretch out so you get more surface area for toppings. I got this warmed up and it was served in a little pizza box sliced into strips instead of triangles. This was AMAZING when warm. Not a bad price for around $8 it was like a meal. Cheese was good ans jalapeños were big. Loved it!!! Would definitely buy again. If you like jalapeño cheese bagels this is definitely going to be a new favorite.
